 | The evergreen, glossy, leathery green leaves of Viburnum foetidum var. quadrangularis are 2 inches long and 1 inch wide. They are especially attractive in contrast with the red brown new growth. On our lightly shaded south-facing hillside, it has formed an open-habited shrub with occasional long arching branches. In autumn, the small red fruits look very attractive amidst the shiny leaves.
