This is a selection of Gaura we purchased from Blooming Nursery. It has consistent deep maroon foliage and is more compact than plants in the trade labeled 'Siskiyou Pink'. The flowers are the same color - deep pink paling to soft pink. Like the other gauras, this is somewhat drought tolerant once established. We grow it in a low-water border where it blooms like crazy all summer into the autumn. Summer to autumn. 24-36 in. x 18-24 in. Pink flowers Sun Zones 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 |
