Clematis PALETTE ('Evipo034') is one of Raymond Evison's Festoon(tm) Collection. The sepals are blue around their edges paling to white in their centers which are veined blue. The black anthers are an especially attractive feature. All of our Clematis are two year old plants that are suitable for immediate planting in your garden. Midsummer to early autumn. 10 ft.
