It forms dense aromatic mats; the tiny dark leaves have a fine flavor; and the cream and green variegation of the foliage is attractive. We especially like the fact that the variegation appears mostly at the tips of the stems. During the cold weather when the variegation turns pink and cream, it looks as if tiny flowers had bloomed.
