Rehmannia elata produce eye-catching, tubular, open-faced flowers that hang from tall spikes above a basal rosette of large, fuzzy, lightly lobed mid-green foliage. The large flowers have purple-pink lips with yellow throats that are lightly freckled in red. The growth habit is relaxed, so allow the long blooming spikes to mingle with their neighbors in an open or partly shaded garden.
