Over the years we have selected interesting hellebore seedlings from our gardens. We isolate them to keep their seedlings as true to the parent plant as possible. The lovely flowers of Helleborus x hybridus Dark Red seed strain are held upright on red stained flowers stems. Each flower has an attractive gloss making them almost shiny in appearance. Even the leaf stems are infused with the red coloration. The foliage is dark green. Late winter to early spring. 15-18 in. x 18 in. Dark Red flowers Sun, Part Shade Zones 6, 7, 8, 9 |
