Clematis 'Lambton Park' was found by Tom Bennett at the Lambton Park Garden Center in County Durham, UK. (Tom Bennett is the author who revised Christopher Lloyd's well-known book Clematis.) 'Lambton Park' is considered the largest flowered of all the cultivars of Clematis tangutica. As the season progresses the 2-inch long nodding, lantern-like flowers develop into long-lasting, silky seedheads that are just as beautiful as the flowers. All of our Clematis are two year old plants that are suitable for immediate planting in your garden.

Early summer to midautumn.  10-13 ft.

Yellow flowers

Sun, Part Shade     Zones 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
