Clematis FLEURI ('Evipo042') is free-flowering as the name indicates and especially useful because it blooms at such a short height. The starry dark flowers have central red bars on their sepals. White anthers on red filaments are especially showy. Try this in a container or a smaller garden. All of our Clematis are two year old plants that are suitable for immediate planting in your garden.
