We grow this in both sun and shade. 'Rose Glow' really does describe the rose infusion in the leaves of this deciduous shrub. However, there is an additional detail - white variegation that looks like streaks of paint on the younger leaves. As they age, they darken to all purple. This does have thorns but they are soft and bend to the touch. Midspring. bloom 3 ft. x 3 ft. Yellow flowers Sun, Part Shade Zones 5-8 |
