The name means "lighthouse" which perhaps suits the smoldering color of the flowers. A rich motley of dark rose, purple-rose and deep purple carries on into the fall. Small shrub with mid-green foliage. The mop heads can be eight inches across.

Early summer to midsummer.  4 ft. x 4 ft.
