One of the most beautifully colored plants of the eastern Columbia Gorge. Its wiry blue stems and foliage show off the purple-pink flowers. By early summer the plant is crowned with large umbels of attractive dried seeds. Since this is from the eastern end of the Gorge, please give it sharp drainage. Don't hesitate to brush the foliage and release the pungent aroma of caraway.
