Very at home on our south-facing dry slope, this continues to bloom throughout the summer sending up 3-foot flowering stems that tower over the thick rounded leaves of the basal rosette. The curious tubular flowers are wider in the center and pursed just behind the mouth of the flower. This has proven adaptable to our wet winters. Summer to early autumn. 24-36 in. x 1 ft.
