Oregon nurseryman Don Roberts named this lavender for his wife Sharon back in 1989. It has proven the test of time. The rich violet flowers are intensely fragrant. They show up well against the very dark violet calyces. Cut this back after the first bloom and enjoy the repeat blooms into the fall. The overall plant is open in habit with gray foliage.
June; late summer to fall. bloom 27 in. x 2.5 ft.

| This is a cultivar of Lavandula angustifolia. Lavenders need full sun and very good drainage. Because of our rainy winters, we amend our soil with 1/4 ten gravel and top dress with the same to keep plant stems and foliage from resting on wet soil. |
