The tube is almost beige, the sepals a bright red and the single corolla opens red but fades attractively to a claret red. Hardy in the Pacific Northwest. Late spring to frost. 20 in. x 12 in. In the maritime Pacific Northwest, we grow hardy Fuchsias in full sun where they bloom non-stop from late spring to first frost. In hotter climates, we recommend giving Fuchsias protection from the afternoon sun. Fuchsias make wonderful subjects containers and for the mixed border.
